Our adventures through RES 2026 led us to many incredible people doing the good work across Indian country and this week the IVPodcast was joined by two of those amazing people! Mike Stopp and Manny Garcia of Seven Star Business, shared an hour of their time to relay some important and time sensitive information for Tribal nations who could be awarded part of a 14 billion dollar settlement.
The Tribal PFAS Water Settlement has been an ongoing process, (no litigation or court action), with deadlines coming and going and little to no informed engagement towards Tribal governments.
