Become a cultural humility facilitator this year with Indigenous Vision’s “Train the Trainer” in cultural humility this October and January 2027!

Our upcoming, virtual, cultural humility training starts this October 13th and is our 30th training as Indigenous Vision! Thank you to everyone who has participated in one of our cohorts over the years, you have shown us that workplace cultures can change for the better and that it is people like you who make this work a loving and supportive place.

A big thank you goes out to our mentors who are also the co founders of Cultural Humility, Dr. Melanie Tervalon and Dr. Jann Murray Garcia. With their guidance we’ve been able to evolve and share our unique perspectives and experiences as Indigenous facilitators and truly add to the wonderful legacy that is Cultural Humility.

How glorious to read that it’s your 30th training… – Melanie

Congratulations on your 30th training! – Jann

Cultural Humility is a lifelong practice of critical self-reflection, accountability, curiosity, and relationship.

Learn how to recognize and address power, privilege, identity, bias, and inequity—while developing the skills to create more respectful, reciprocal relationships within your workplace and community.

This training is grounded in the Cultural Humility framework developed by Dr. Melanie Tervalon and Dr. Jann Murray-Garcia and is facilitated by the Indigenous-led team at Indigenous Vision; Souta Calling Last (Blackfeet & Blood Tribes) and Melissa Spence (Ojibwe/Anishinaabe Nation).
