It’s Spring again and around here that means our second annual Cultural Humility, training of trainer is scheduled to take place virtually with our first day starting on Tuesday, April 19th, 2026.

As is customary with all of our trainings, facilitation is by Indigenous Vision, Executive Director, Souta Calling Last of the Blackfeet and Blood Tribe, along with Melissa Spence of the Anishinaabe Nation. Our most recent training was held on Treaty 7 in what is now known as Calgary, Alberta, at the Blackfoot Confederacy where we officially surpassed 400 cultural humility participants since we began our trainings in 2018!
Thank you to anyone who has joined one of our cohorts thus far. As a special treat for those who have completed one of our Cultural Humility trainings, we’re offering a free refresher training at any one of our upcoming virtual trainings if you need a ‘refresh’ with the principles and practices of cultural humility. More details about about the refresher seat will be emailed directly to you if you’re still subscribed to our network of cultural humility trainers database, so be sure to stay in touch with us!
If cultural humility is new for you, we encourage you to check our this amazing documentary by Vivian Chavez on the origins of this curriculum along with its founders, Dr. Melanie Tervalon and Dr. Jann Murray-Garcia.
Cultural Humility benefits everyone, our training is open to everyone from educators, government leaders and workers, nonprofits, health care, literally anyone wanting to make positive change within their organizations or professions.
Workplace culture can be many things so why not make it a good thing. Join us this April for cultural humility and start shifting your workplace culture into a culture that’s inclusive, safe, healthy, and productive while you serve those who need your unique offering or expertise.
Any questions can be sent to hello@indigenousvision.org and you’re welcome to review our upcoming registration page that goes over what to expect this April 21, 22, 28, & 29.
